Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a combustion promotion solution and a combustion promotion granule capable of making up for defectiveness of a combustion improver of a conventional petroleum-based fuel, decreasing a pollution factor at a low cost in a high combustion efficiency, converting waste such as old tire, etc., into an effective fuel by application of the solution and the granule, burning waste such as dust, etc., with alleviating a pollution problem and solving these subjects. SOLUTION: This combustion promotion solution is characterized by preparing sodium carbonate, oleic acid and a polyhydric alcohol ester with stirring by a firstly preparation (1) shown by the figure 1, carrying out a secondary preparation (2) for adding a methanol, a stock solution of a microorganism, a volatile oil, etc., to the mixture with stirring, aging (3) the prepared substance, precipitating and filtering (4) the resultant substance to give a solution and packing the solution into a container and packaging (5) the container. This combustion promotion granule is characterized by selecting (6) a material from porous granular coke/charcoal/chaff, etc., immersing and impregnating (7) the material in and with the solution obtained by the precipitation and filtration (4) and packing the material into a container and packaging (8) the container.
