Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject device designed not to destroy the levee in tilling a levee edge with the rotary tiller. SOLUTION: This levee edge tilling device has such a construction that a side tilling disk 28 rotating about a transverse shaft is attached to the flank end of a tiller 8 rotating about the transverse shaft and furnished with blades 28c, 28c,... situated along the outer circumference of the disk 28 and intended for tilling the ground and bringing the thus tilled soil inside and a guide face 28d with the outside surface of the blades 28c made planar. Thus, even if the side tilling disk 28 comes into contact with the concrete block of a levee, the disk 28 is restrictedly guided along the levee owing to the above guide face 28d, thereby enabling a tilling work on the levee edge while preventing the levee from being damaged.
