Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to efficiently lubricate each slide part of a rotary fluid machine. SOLUTION: Both end peripheries of an output shaft 23 integrated with a rotor 31 of a vane type expanding machine powered by high pressure steam are mounted in a floating state with a liquid membrane of a pressurized liquid phase fluid supplied from a supply port of the pressurized liquid phase fluid 129 through a passage of the pressurized liquid phase fluid W5, and mounted in the floating state with a liquid membrane of a pressurized liquid phase fluid supplied from the supply port of the pressurized liquid phase fluid 129 through supply ports of the pressurized liquid phase fluid W6, W7, W9, W10, W11 and W12. A reciprocating vane 42 radially mounted with a rotor 31 is mounted in the floating state with a liquid membrane of a pressurized liquid phase fluid supplied through a passage of the pressurized liquid phase fluid extending radially outward in inside the rotor 31 (not shown in figure).
