PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission output control method, capable of speedily making a detected output value which matches with a detection output target value concerning the transmission output control method for keeping a transmission output stable. SOLUTION: This method comprises a detecting processing for detecting a transmitting signal to be transmitted by radio, a comparison processing for comparing an output value detected by detecting the processing with a preset target value, coarse control processing for making the detected output value close to the target value with a fixed control width, when the detected output value is separated from the target value which is larger than a fixed value, on the basis of the compared result and fine control processing for making the detected output value close to the target value with a unit control width smaller than the fixed control width, when the detected output value is within the fixed value from the target value and when the detected output value passes the target value in coarse control processing, processing is performed for making the detected output value close to the target value with half the control width of the fixed control width.
