Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board including sufficient dimensional stability and capable of ensuring dimentional accuracy and sufficient strength good for fitting sites such as projection and recess or tongue and groove. SOLUTION: The floor board is constituted by sticking a Japanese oak sliced veneer 40 on a basic material 10 forming vapourproof layers 20 and 30 on both sides thereof, and the basic material 10 is constitute of a three-layer structure laminating fibrous plate layers 10Y and 10Y of a woody fibrous plate having specific gravity of 0.8 or more manufactured by a dry method on both sides of a veneer layer 10X. The front side cut section is formed in one end on the long side, the rear side cut section is formed in the other end opposed thereto, the groove 13 is formed in the end face 11a of the front side cut section, and the tongue 14 capable of being fitted to the groove 13 is formed in the front end face 10b of one end having the rear side cut section. The recess 15 is formed in the lower surface of the front side cut section, the projection 16 capable of being fitted to the recess 15 is formed in the upper surface of the rear side cut section, and the recess 15 and projection 16 are formed in the fibrous plate layers 10Y.
