Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hoisting transport device capable of performing the position adjustment of a lifting magnet device automatically. SOLUTION: The hoisting transport device to transport a magnetic piece 14 is composed of magnets 12a and 12b to attract the magnetic piece 14 using magnetic force, moving devices 2a, 2b, 4 having a motor 17 and moving the magnets in hung-down condition, and a control part 18, wherein the control part 18 is equipped with a monitoring means 19 to monitor the load applied on the motor 17 and control means 20 and 21 to control the motion so that the load on the motor 17 decreases when load on the motor 17 is detected to be increased by the obstructive motions of the magnets 12a and 12b in the first direction in the condition that the moving devices 2a, 2b, 4 are moving the magnets in the horizontal first direction.
