Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and its device with which the surface defect due to formation and the cost-up accompanied by afterworking are eliminated and excellent product yield and straightening ratio are obtained. SOLUTION: A blank is disposed into a space having at least one or more spaces overhung the different direction from a shifting direction of a first punch. This manufacturing method of the metallic parts is performed through at least following processes, that is, a process for extruding the blank from the rear part by pressing the blank with the first punch, a process for spreading the blank into the expanded space by pressing the blank with the first punch and a process for filling the blank into the overhung space by pressing the blank in the first punching direction with a second punch disposed opposite to the first punch.
