Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for solidifying of particle of sooth or the like, capable of preventing the outflow of a harmful substance by adding a predetermined water reducing agent or fluidizing agent to kneaded matter of particles of soot or the like and predetermined cement to reduce solidified matter. SOLUTION: The method for solidifying particles of sooth or the like is constituted of a process for performing the dry mixing of particles of soot and/or incineration ash by a mixer, a process for charging cement in the mixer in an amount of 50-500% by weight of particles of soot and/or incineration ash to perform dry mixing, a process for adding 20-100% by weight of cement of water to the dry mixture to perform kneading and a process for adding 0-1.5% by weight of cement of the water reducing agent and 0-5.5% by weight of cement of the fluidizing agent to knead them with the kneaded mixture to reduce the volume of the kneaded mixture to a predetermined value.
