Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet part passage width adjusting device for commodity storage rack for automatic vending machine, which simplifies the structure, reduces the number of parts and can be made thin without requiring a complicated mechanism such as link mechanism. SOLUTION: This device has a base plate 21 and a passage width regulating plate 22 supporting the upper end thereof with the base plate 21 so as to be pivoted and displaced in a pivotal direction, a release hole 21 is formed on the base plate 21, and the passage width regulating plate 22 is equipped with a projection 223 protruded on the side of the base plate 21 while having a slope part 222 on one side. Then, the passage width regulating plate 22 can be displaced in the pivotal direction to the base plate 21 between a first setting position, where the projection 223 is dropped into the release hole 212, and a second setting position, where the projection 223 is released from the release hole 212 and rides on one surface 213 of the base plate 21.
