Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize transaction without asking any help by simplifying the circulation of cotton. SOLUTION: A computer 30 of a seller S is connected through a network 1 to terminals 21-29 of purchasers A-E, and credit limited sum is preliminarily set to registered members A-C, and cotton selling prices to the further in a prescribed period are uniformly made open to the public. The registered members obtains the cotton selling prices to the further in the prescribed period from the computer 30 through the network 1, and make a reserved purchase contract within the credit limited sum by designating the shipping term and quantity of cotton. When shipping instructions based on the reserved purchase contract is transmitted from the members through the terminals, the computer 30 immediately transmits the shipping instructions to a warehouse 40 so that cotton can be shipped to the members.
