PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate a drawing data file copied from a drawing data file prepared by a CAD system and having the same contents from the original drawing data file. SOLUTION: When an existing drawing data file is copied by using a file copying function of an OS, the file name of the copied drawing data file is changed on the basis of a condition that plural names consisting of the same directory name and the same file name can not exist in the same file management environment. Since the directory name and file name stored at the time of preparing the drawing data file and described in the copied drawing data file are not changed, the stored names are compared with the described names, and when both the names coincide with each other, the file can be discriminated as an original file. When the drawing data file is not copied but is moved, the data file exists in a place other than a storage directory managed by a management device, so that the file is discriminated as a copied or moved file.
