SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor obtained by forming at least one photosensitive layer on the surface of an electrically conductive substrate, a phthalocyanine compound, a high molecular compound as a bonding resin and a compound having an affinity to both the phthalocyanine compound and the high molecular compound are contained in the at least one photosensitive layer.
