Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase film forming quantity per cycle and to stabilize the quality in a manufacturing method for a coating bearing to form a coating layer made of a solid lubricant and resin on a semi-circular arc back plate the inner surface side of which comes to be a sliding part and baking it. SOLUTION: Coating liquid 2 is dropped on a transfer roller 3, the transfer transfer roller 3 and a printing roller 5 are rolled and made contact with each other, continuously the transfer roller 3 and a back surface delivery roller 7 of a back plate 6 are rolled and made contact with each other, and the back plate 6 is made to bite into their clearance so that the inner surface makes contact with the transfer roller 5. |
