Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like disc spring switch structure, composed of plastic having a durability to keystroke and a clicking sense of which is to same as that of the conventional ones, even if a hard pushing member such as polycarbonate, metal or the like is used. SOLUTION: The sheet-like disc spring switch structure 1 constituted of plastic comprises a plastic sheet; a dome part 2 for achieving sense of clicking, which is integrally formed at a prescribed positions of the plastic sheet and bulged out toward one surface of the plastic sheet; and a protective layer 4 provided on an outer surface of the dome part 2. The thickness of the protective layer 4 is preferably 10 to 100 μm. More preferably, the diameter of the protective layer 4 is 40% or larger from the dome diameter of the dome part 2 and also greater than a diameter of a movable contact 5 which is provided on the inner surface of the dome part 2, and is in the range of 80% or smaller of the dome diameter of the dome part 2. |
