Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immobilization support mixture for an enzyme or a microorganism inhibiting flotation/outflow of a fluid bed type bioreactor in water, capable of holding fluidity, and a water treating system. SOLUTION: This support mixture comprises (A) an immobilization support for an enzyme or a microorganism having sedimentation rate >=3.3 cm/sec in water and (B) an immobilization support for the enzyme or the microorganism having sedimentation rate >=0.5 cm/sec in the water and >=0.4 cm/sec smaller than the sedimentation rate of the support (A), in a volumetric ratio of (A)/(B)=20/80-90/10, and the method treating water using the support mixture.
