Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a crystal device can be manufactured without causing any variation in the characteristic of a crystal resonator chip after frequency adjustment and to provide the crystal device manufactured by this manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing the crystal device by connecting and fixing an electrode section of the crystal resonator chip 11 to a feeding electrode 14 for feeding a drive voltage from the outside with a conductive adhesive, and then sealing them with a package 12, the frequency is adjusted after the connection to the feeding electrode and then an organic film on the surface of the connected crystal resonator chip is removed and cleaned. |
