Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper money processor capable of performing payment with added denominations by utilizing the existing receiving and paying machine as it is without performing design change or remodeling. SOLUTION: Money receiving and money paying with a specified denomination can be performed without performing remodeling by using an accumulating part (19) for collective feeding as a new feeding and accumulating part by denominations. In a mode in which the front or rear surfaces of paper money are made to be uniform, it is possible to perform payment with the front and rear surfaces of paper money made uniform by using the temporary holding parts (21a, 22a and 23a) of the existing feeding and accumulating parts by denominations (21, 22 and 23) in order to classify the normal note/abnormal note and the front/rear surface of a specified denomination.
