Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for on-vehicle equipment, comprising a first control means for controlling an engine, a second control means for controlling on- vehicle equipment which is connected to a power supply to be cut off at engine start, and a water temperature detecting means which is connected to the first and second control means and inputs a detection signal for an engine water temperature, capable of preventing voltage fluctuation in a signal input system even if the power supply (refer to IG2) is cut off at engine start, and of improving water temperature detecting precision at engine start, by providing the second control means with a voltage fluctuation preventing means. SOLUTION: The control device comprises the first control means 1 of controlling the engine, the second means 3 of controlling the on-vehicle equipment, and the water temperature detecting means 4 connected to the first control means 1 and the second control means 3 of inputting the detection signal for the engine water temperature. The second control means 3 is connected to the power supply IG2 to be cut off at engine start and the second control means 3 has the voltage fluctuation preventing means 24 or 15 of preventing voltage fluctuation in the signal input system 22 for the water temperature detecting means 4.
