Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably feed paper sheets. SOLUTION: This paper sheet carrying device positioned in a terminal of a carrier passage H of paper sheets S and carrying a plurality of the paper sheets S toward a take-out means T taking out the paper sheets S one by one from the carrier passage H inside is provided with a fork member 20 moving along the carrier passage H and carrying a plurality of paper sheets S into a bundle by pressurizing them toward the take-out means T from the rear, a drive means 30 driving the fork member 20 to circulate a part of it along an annular drive passage along the carrier passage H, and a frame body 40 for supporting the drive means. The fork member 20 is provided with a projection 24 projecting in a cantilever state abutting on the paper face of the paper sheets S and an inclined energizing means 50 energizing the incline action of the tip of the projection 24 inclined from this side, at least, adjacent to the take-out means T toward the take-out means T side.
