Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effecively cut costs, improve workability and shorten a construction period so that an inverted construction method using a leveling concrete can be effectively used by eliminating a capital part of a flat slub for a concrete filled steel pipe column. SOLUTION: After a leveling concrete 3 is cast by excavating the ground G surface under the flat slab 2 to be constructed, a segregation layer 5 is constructed thereon, a flat slab bar arrangement and a concrete C are placed on the segregation layer 5 to excavate the lower part thereof after it is solidified, a structural central pillar supporting the flat slab is constructed, a plurality of pillar anchor reinforcing bars 17 arranged aroud the structural central pillar and lateral ties 14 besides slab main reinforcing bars 14 are included as the flat slab bar arrangement, one end of each of the pillar anchor reinforcing bars is welded to the structural central pillar to arrange them in a radial state, a plurality of steel rib plates 11 are provided to the circumferential surface of the structural central pillar, and an execution method of the flat slab is constituted of a process fixing the lateral ties 14 surrounding the circumference of the structural central pillar to the rib plates.
