PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simply forming an installation enhancing plan without manual work, which becomes the optimum system constitution by eliminating constraint contravention of feeder sending current, constraint contravention of section voltage and constraint contravention of section current. SOLUTION: In this forming method of an installation enhancing plan of power distribution system which follows increase and new installation of loads, when constraint contravention of feeder sending current wherein the total value of load currents in plural sections on a feeder exceeds a specified value, a leveled target is obtained from the total value of load current of the feeder, load currents are integrated from the uppermost stream section, a section capable of circuit division wherein an integrated value as far as a section of one upstream becomes the nearest to the leveled target is selected, and a circuit dividing work plan is formed wherein the section capable of circuit division is connected with a power source by using newly installed feeder.
