Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always allow easy handling on the field level and observation of a variable state of a liquid. SOLUTION: Using electric field inducing electrode pair 4a, 4b, which are formed of optional metals including a combination of the same kind of metal or a conductive solid, connected to a plus side and a minus side of an external power source and electrically insulated from each other, and detecting electrode pair 4c, 4d arranged between the electrolysis inducing electrodes 4a, 4b with an electrically insulated state maintained mutually, a potential difference is detected from an inductive liquid electrically polarized by electric field energy, and consequently, a change in a constituent and a property of the inductive liquid is detected. |
