Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which a channel tube middle part can be arranged in an insert part without bending so as to smoothly carry a fluid in the channel tube. SOLUTION: When a channel block 27 is arranged on a fixing block 29, a liquid supplying tube 22 set longer than the dimension from a through-hole 15a formed in a probe unit 1a to a liquid supplying communicating hole 16b is pushed into the liquid supplying communicating hole 16b and the through-hole 15a. Since the liquid supplying tube 22 is moved so as to change the spiral interval along the circumferential surface of a guide sheath 21, the liquid supplying tube 22 is arranged within the probe unit 1a without bending, and the channel block 27 is also arranged within the fixing block 29 to arrange a liquid supplying connector 17 in a prescribed position.
