Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variation of the characteristic impedance and the transmission rate of a transmission line due to variation of production in a high frequency transmission line where a conductor strip passes through over a conductor plate having a slit for insulation. SOLUTION: A counter slit is provided at the conductor plate having the slit for insulation. The counter slit is constituted so as to reduce the area of the same conductor strip passing through over the counter slit when the area of the conductor strip passing through over the slit is increased by variation of production. The area of the same conductor strip passing through over the counter slit when the area of the conductor part of the conductor plate is reduced and the variation of the characteristic impedance and the transmission rate of the transmission line can be reduced. |
