Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circularly form the inner circumferential edge face of an adhesive, which sticks two disks together at a proper position. SOLUTION: When two disks are overlapped by way of a liquid adhesive, and this adhesive is spread over a prescribed region by the high-speed spinning of the disks, the pressure between the disks is made lower than atmospheric pressure, and the high-speed spinning is started while the inner circumferential edge of the liquid adhesive is at the outside of a proper position of the disks, to the extent so as to situate the inner circumferential edge face of the adhesive in a prescribed position. The pressure difference between the pressure between the two disks and atmospheric pressure in the start of the high-speed spinning is kept at a degree such that the inner circumferential edge of the liquid adhesive does not reach the proper position under centrifugal force due to the high- speed spinning or below. During the high-speed spinning, the pressure difference is increased to such a degree, that the inner circumferential edge face of the liquid adhesive moves toward the centers of the disks opposing the centrifugal force. When the inner circumferential edge face of the liquid adhesive reaches the proper position, the high-speed spinning is stopped and the pressure difference is reduced. |
