Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the maintenance of a steering column and easily obtain a neutral position of steering wheel. SOLUTION: The steering column 2 of a travel vehicle capable of being turned as a turning HST 20 and a traveling HST 22 have their respective outputs adjusted by the operation of the steering wheel 7 is divided into upper and lower columns, the upper column 2a being removable. A speed reduction mechanism of the steering wheel is provided inside the upper column and a conical link mechanism for shifts is provided inside the lower column 2b. The speed reduction mechanism is provided on a steering wheel shaft 71 and neutral detents are provided on the input and output shafts of the speed reduction mechanism.
