Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water quality converting device which can remove heavy metal-base ions and can change water quality to the state of delicious natural spring water by sufficiently eluting mineral-components into the water. SOLUTION: The heavy metal-base ions in the water are removed and the mineral-components are eluted into the water by a magnet channel 6 and a ceramics water cleaning device 8, by which the water quality is changed to the state of the delicious natural spring water. Protozoa and suspensions turned to colloidal particles by the magnet channel 6 are removed by a microfilter 7.
