Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing a focus-flutter display in a television receiver or a monitor. SOLUTION: This method comprizes a step for amplifying a received signal for driving the cathode element of a cathode-ray tube and a step for delaying the first sufficient amplification for a period enough to prevent the focus-flutter display in the tube in the amplification period. A corresponding kinedriver circuit which prevents the focus-flutter display is provided with an amplifier for amplifying the received video signal and for connecting the amplified signal to the cathode element of the receiving tube and a control circuit for delaying the sufficient amplification of the video signal which is to be supplied to the cathode element for a period enough to prevent the focus-flutter display in the tube. |
