PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a highly reliable network for distributing information to all radio stations using a simple configuration and procedure. SOLUTION: The center station is provided with a wide center station area, including subordinate radio stations in a covering area, and the radio stations spread in the center station area select and receive multi-cast packet to the present radio station or desired multi-cast packets from information transmitted from the center station. At transmitting of information from the radio stations, the packets are transferred successively through the radio stations in their own radio station areas to the center station. At that time, when the destination radio station can communicate directly with the radio station which is the origin of transmission, direct communication is operated between the radio stations without transferring any packet to the center station. Also, at relaying of information to the present station, the information is received as the information to the present station and terminated without being transferred to the center station.
