Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an underwater concrete construction method improved so that sufficient frictional force is expected on an interface between a concrete structure and a ground and the shear strength of a mud film on the interface between the concrete structure and the ground is improved sufficiently by compensating the defect of the underwater concrete construction method using a stabilizer liquid stabilizing a ditch wall after excavation and enhancing the strength of the brittle mud film after the placing of concrete. SOLUTION: A hydraulic component cured in the presence of alkali is compounded with the stabilizing liquid 2, and the mud film 3 formed on a ditch- wall surface by the stabilizer liquid is cured by alkali generated from concrete after placing.
