Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and productivity by performing layout and block of a lens for performing edge grinding of the lens automatically. SOLUTION: A holder supply mechanism 28 is provided to supply a plurality of types of lens holders per type. This lens supply mechanism 28 is provided with a plurality of chutes 30 on which cassettes 31 storing the lens holders 2 per type are mounted and a shutter mechanism discharging the lens holders 2 from the chutes 30 one by one. A holder supporting mechanism 29 receiving, supporting, and centering the lens holders 2 supplied from the holder supply mechanism 28 is provided. This holder supporting mechanism 29 is provided with a stage 43 reciprocating and moving between a holder mounting position A4 and terminal positions A1, A2, A3 of each chute 30, holder hands 48A, 48B provided on the stage 43 to hold the lens holders 2, and a centering mechanism centering the lens holders 2.
