Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turnup bladder device for a tire molding drum capable of improving quality also when a tire particularly having a low oblateness is to be molded, without deteriorating tightening of a periphery of a bead. SOLUTION: When a turnup bladder 7 is locked at a bead Wx by a beam locking segment 3, the bladder 7 is partitioned and formed to an outside turnup bladder 8a and an inside turnup bladder 8b. And, pressure supply and discharge means (not shown) are respectively connected to the bladder 8a and the bladder 8b. A lifting mechanism 9 for supporting a lower part of the beam Wx and holding the bladder 8b when both sides of a cylindrical part W are turned up is provided on a back part of the bladder 8b.
