Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner with a less feeling of cold air in which effective dehumidification is achieved. SOLUTION: An air conditioner is provided, which includes a refrigerant circuit for cooling or dehumidifying by connecting in succession through a piping an outdoor machine 10 equipped with at least a compressor 1, an outdoor heat exchanger 6, and an expansion mechanism 7 and an indoor machine 11 equipped with an indoor heat exchanger 8, and which includes a fresh air fan 13 for feeding fresh air into the outdoor machine and to the outdoor heat exchanger and an indoor air fan 12 provided on an air passage connecting a suction inlet of the indoor machine and an outlet for feeding air conditioning air from the indoor heat exchanger into a room. In the air conditioner, there is further provided an exhaust intake pipe 14 equipped with an exhaust intake hole 15 for incorporating exhaust through an exhaust inlet of a fresh air fan of the outdoor machine whereby exhaust is guided to a reheating pipe 19 provided downstream of the indoor heat exchanger in the air passage of the indoor machine through a circulation pipe 16 equipped with a circulation fan 17 from an exhaust intake pipe 14.
