Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle capable of securing a battery power suitable for conditions for use. SOLUTION: The electric vehicle A installs a DC brush-less motor, a detachable/attachable space for a battery 3 or for an engine type power generating instrument 6 incorporating a battery 4, and an inverter circuit. The inverter circuit is supplied with an electric power by one of the battery 3 and 4 installed in the space, and energizes and controls the DC brush-less motor based on a signal from an accelerator corresponding to a magnitude of depression of the accelerator.
