Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that though an orifice type device operated under normally opening is good for energy saving, the introduction of the device is liable to be kept at distance by reason of images such as troublesomeness for area selection of an orifice hole corresponding to a drain amount and a bad follow-up property on load fluctuation. SOLUTION: This invention for solving the above adopts the following means: first, this liquid condensing device controls a drain water amount by using shape and size of the orifice hole and a temperature sensing characteristic of a bimetal; and secondly, the bimetal moved in the almost horizontal direction relative to an opening surface of the orifice hole by a temperature sensing characteristic of the bimetal to close the orifice hole is mounted.
