Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which acts on the action of a cyclooxygenase enzyme on arachidonic acid to inhibit the biosynthesis of prostaglandins, and is useful for treating or relaxing inflammation-accompanying diseases such as inflammatory arthritis, neurodegeneration and large intestinal cancer, to provide a medicinal composition thereof, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A compound of represented by the general formula (1), a medicinal composition thereof, and a method for producing the same. For example, a compound having an acetylene group, a pyrazole group and a sulfonamide group and represented by the general formula (2) or (3).
