Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermocouple protection tube which will not result in practical weight increase, will not reduce heat transfer performance, and can drastically extend the duration period. SOLUTION: The part of a thermocouple protection tube 12A having a heat resistive alloy substrate, which requires at least high temperature corrosion resistivity and abrasion resistivity at a high level is made of a substrate B of cobalt group alloy, indicating the characteristic of melting point higher than 1,300 deg.C. On the substrate B surface, tangusten carbide (WC) group spray coat 24, sealed 26 with heat resistive paint, is formed. |
