Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for baking electronic parts, at the time of baking electronic parts such as a ceramic dielectric substance, excellent in a reaction preventing effect even when used for the baking of the parts having high reactivity with a jig and also having a long service life. SOLUTION: In a jig for baking electronic parts having a thermally sprayed layer hard to react with the object to be baked on the surface of a base material, at least, the surface roughness of the face mounting the object to be baked is controlled within the range of 150 to 1,000 μm in terms of ten points average roughness. It is particularly preferable that the material of the base material is composed of alumina-silica, and the material of the thermally sprayed layer is primarily consisting of zirconia/or and alumina. |
