Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel gas reserving and supplying system having a large amount of gas to be reserved per volume and requiring compact facilities, a lower installation cost and a smaller site, and a reservoir having less deterioration of reserving performance due to repetitive use in adsorptive reservation of a multicomponent natural gas under pressure. SOLUTION: The adsorption type reservoir for reserving a natural gas containing, mainly, methane in a pressurized condition comprise a pressure vessel having gas receiving and delivering ports provided in the same side face in such a manner that the natural gas in adsorptive reservation flows in the opposite direction to that in delivery.
