Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge apparatus in which a valve mechanism is separated from a tank. SOLUTION: A discharge unit B is mounted to the outer side of the tank A, and a communication port 2 for communicating with the discharge unit is provided in the tank. The discharge unit is provided with a communicating passage 5 for communicating with the communication port of the tank, a discharge passage 7 parallel to this communicating passage, and a piston chamber 10 orthogonal to the discharge passage. The discharge passage is opened into the piston chamber, and a valve seat 8 is provided on the piston chamber side end face of the discharge passage. An annular passage 16 for allowing the communicating passage to communicate with the piston chamber is formed outside the valve seat. When a piston 9 is instantly retreated after pressure in the tank is made high, high-pressure gas in the tank is discharged through an outlet port 6.
