Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return an excess roller from a receiving and delivering roller to an ink fountain roller without using a duct roller. SOLUTION: The receiving and delivering roller 3 is arranged at a predetermined fine gap from the ink fountain roller 2 for forming an ink fountain 1 together with an ink amount regulating member 18. A transmission roller 8 is arranged at a nip outlet side of the rollers 2, 3. The roller 8 is oscillated by an oscillating mechanism to alternately contact and separate the roller 2 with or from the roller 3. Thus, an ink transmission path for connecting the roller 2 to the roller 3 is formed.
