Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin laminated steel panel excellent in can processability and impact resistance as a steel panel used in a container material for a 18L can or a pail can and having excellent corrosion resistance even if a highly corrosive substance such as a surfactant or soy sauce is used as content. SOLUTION: A polyester resin laminated steel panel excellent in corrosion resistance consists of a steel panel, an electrolytic chromate treatment layer, which consists of a lower layer being a metal chromium layer having a diposition amount of 40-200 mg/m2 per a single surface and an upper layer being a hydrated chromium oxide layer having a deposition amount of 3-25 mg/m2 per a single surface in terms of metal chromium, formed on at least one surface of the steel panel, a first resin layer formed on the electrolytic chromate treatment layer and based on a polyester resin, carbolic acid and/or a cresol/resole type phenol resin and a second resin layer with a thickness of 10-200 μm formed on the first resin layer and based on a thermoplastic polyester resin. |
