Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor structure of high productivity, and its assembly method by solving the problem of difficulty of handling in fitting, and difficulty in locking in an subminiature brushless motor which is recently demanded rapidly. SOLUTION: When the brushless motor is to be assembled, a motor base connection body, where a metal frame 4101 made of the same material as a terminal is connected to the outside of a motor base 3101, is used. Also, the assembly process is provided with a process for positioning and supporting the motor base 3101 of a motor base connection body 4001 at a metal frame 4101, a process for assembling a stator assembly and a rotor to the motor base, and process for separating the motor base from the metal frame 4101.
