PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive coating applicator which can prevent easily and surely inferiority in discharge of an adhesive. SOLUTION: An adhesive coating applicator is fitted to a tip part of a syringe 30 for supplying the adhesive, and equipped with a needle for discharging the adhesive, a transfer means (an X transfer means 50 or the like) and an ultrasonic cleaning means 70 for cleaning the needle. Further, a control means is provided wherein in the case where production is started, in the case where applicating action in which a specific needle is used is stopped for a specific time, in the case where an unallowable state is detected in an appplication shape or an applicated amount by a measuring device, in the case where the number of times of application reaches to a specific number, in the case where a specific time has elapsed from the previous cleaning, in the case where an indication for carrying out cleaning is inputted from outside, or the like, the needle is transferred to an ultrasonic cleaning means 70 by an X transfer means 50 or the like, and an action for cleaning the needle in a state of being fitted to a syringe 30 by the ultrasonic cleaning means 70 is carried out.
