PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium integrating/controlling the data of various AV formats and a method for recording and a device for reproducing the data on the information recording medium. SOLUTION: On an optical disk, an animation object and a still image object are recorded, and PGC information 50 defining a reproducing order of the object and object information 80 being the information related to the object are recorded as these control information. The object information 80 is provided with the general information 80a and the attribute information 80b of the object, and a map 80c corresponding the reproducing time of the object to an address on the optical disk of the reproduced object constitution data. The PGC information 50 is provided with the kind, the identification information of the reproduced object and cell information 60, 61... specifying reproducing sections. The order of the call information 60, 61... in the PGC information 50 corresponds to the reproducing order of the object.
