Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gathering and displaying system for information which can decide the degree of suffering with high precision and gather damage information with efficiency while combining image information and view information, and immediately display those pieces of information. SOLUTION: On the spot 3, image information and position information on a structure are inputted to a portable personal computer 9 by using an image input device 5 and a GPS device 7 to generate a damage investigation document of the structure. Then information of the damage investigation document, etc., is sent to a host computer 17 at the countermeasure headquarters 13 by using a portable telephone 11. The host computer 17 registers the information of the damage investigation document in a damage investigation document database 23, etc., displays a map on a display, and also displays the position of the object structure on the map discriminatingly.
