Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal tooth grinding machine capable of grinding at high speeds by a small-scale machining equipment and mass-producing at low costs while maintaining a high accuracy. SOLUTION: This internal tooth grinding machine 1 is formed so that a grinding wheel 15 in external gear shape is engaged with a work 2 in internal gear shape having an outer peripheral side formed in circular shape and having internal teeth and either of the grinding wheel and work is drivingly rotated so that the other one is rotated together therewith and either thereof is reciprocated axially relative to the other one in order to grind the internal teeth of the work 2. The grinding machine 1 comprises at least two rollers 3 installed on the outer periphery of the work 2 and holding the work between the machine and the grinding wheel 15 positioned inside the work so as to hold the work at a machining position, a bearing 4 rotatably supporting the rollers, blocks 5 and 6 supporting the bearing, and a roller support device 14 pressing the work against the grinding wheel through the blocks and rollers. Thus, the work 2 can be supported rotatably and stably. |
