Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a beehive readily portable in a state of unuse such as transportation capable of reducing a space and keeping stability in a state of use after installation and a bee feed container used for the beehive. SOLUTION: This beehive is constituted of a beehive body, a nest frame stored in the beehive body, a nest gate 15 and a vent hole 12 provided on the surrounding wall of the beehive body and a rectangular box-shaped protecting case 41 which has an openable and closable cover part 43 for the nest gate and an openable and closable cover part 42 for the vent hole 12 at parts corresponding to the nest gate 15 and the vent hole 15, respectively, and stores the beehive body in the protecting case 41. The nest gate 15 is opened in the beehive and the nest frame is laid sideways so as to be extended in the horizontal direction and used in a state of freely coming and going of bee in the beehive body. In a state of unnuse of the closed nest gate 15, the nest frame is laid longitudinally so as to be extended in the vertical direction and used.
