Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the uniqueness of image information recorded on a recording means by destroying a photographic film of which image information has been read out. SOLUTION: After the film F of which images are exposed is subjected to heat development processing, an image reading section reads the image information of the film F and records the image information on a floppy. Next, the film F subjected to reading of the image information is sent to a cutting device 102. The film F grasped and transported by a cutter roller 103 and a rubber roller 106 is cut to fine widths and is destroyed in such a manner that the image information cannot be read in the cutting device 102. Since the cutting device 102 is built into a developing device, the film is already put into the state of not allowing the reading of the image information when the film is discharged to a discharge tray disposed on the outer side of the developing device 10. The uniqueness of the image information is warranted in name and in reality.
