Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interruption mediating method by which a transaction with high priority order is preferably executed by an interruption system in a simplified inter-chip-set bus. SOLUTION: When a system is started, it is set that a certain control chip owns the control right of the inter-chip bus, it is requested that the control right is handed to the chip which owns the bus control right via an interruption request signal when another control chip executes the data transaction with high priority order, a delay timer is started when the chip having the control right receives the interruption request signal and the bus control right is handed to an opposite party in the end of clocking by the delay timer. Then data transfer is executed within a short time by the control chip having the transaction with high propriety order.
